Investing in the Next Generation of Engineers

Co-ops at Integrated Test & Measurement are often surprised by their experience on our team. And the biggest surprise seems to be how much they feel a part of the team.  

ITM takes pride in employing area college engineers during their co-op rotations and giving them an opportunity to fully engage in experienced-based learning. In other words, as an ITM co-op, you won’t be sitting in a corner doing menial, mindless tasks.  

Instead, you will be fully engaged and working on important projects in our lab or traveling to our customers’ sites all across the country. You will be side-by-side with our test engineers learning valuable skills on the job. One week you may be helping us run crucial tests on rocket parts. The next week, you may be climbing around in a paper mill to help deliver more efficiencies. And the following week, you could be instrumenting massive machinery in the field. There’s tons of variety, great travel opportunities and plenty to learn.
